Conquered a goal!

At the beginning of my fitness journey I encounted moves I never though I do. So I set a goal that one day I would be able to do these moves. I am happy to say 5 months later I have gotten much better at them.  It took dedication, 5-6 days a week, but being fit and flexible made it all worth it.  What health or fitness goal are you working to accomplish? My next goal is to completely cut out pop. I LOVE Coke! I am down to about once a week:)

Yay for crow pose! I floated both feet the other day and held for 10 seconds and I felt like a rock star. Good for you!

Woman!!! Did you see your yoga bootie in that last pic?!?! Hot damn!

Congrats on Crow...I'm working my way up to a handstand thru the poses as well.

That pose is actually all abs and back, there is some upper body, but its your core that holds you in place.

I need to get back to yoga regularly. I used to be able to do those.... pre kids. Good going!
