How to pack in the protien with so few calories.

I am suposed to be eating 125 G of protien with 1300 calories...How am I suposed to do that!! even with protien powder that is 680 calories for 120G of protien!

Why are you eating so few calories? I don't know your weight, but that seems low. 


Get protein from your meals. Chicken, fish, and turkey. Eggs for breakfast etc. high protein yogurt for a snack.

That's not hard if your eating lots of tuna, fish, chicken and such. Is this a bikini prep?

125 g seems like a crazy high amount for that few calories.

Why are you only eating 1300 calories?  Where did you get that number from?  You can get protein from plenty of places....eggs, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, greek yogurt, etc.

MFP. But at my weight acording to the protien calculators I sould be eating 125G of protien for my weight. (I am 229)

It sounds like you are on a crash diet.  Focus on healthy eating.

Pretty much the same as bikini prep. Are you planning to do that forever? I just got off doing that...NEVER AGAIN! lol

No one needs to eat that much fish and chicken...lol

Good Luck though, it does show results if you can actually live like that for more than a few weeks :)
