I will be hitting my 30 minute workout this morning!  Was going to run today as well, but it is rainy here :(.

Running, hopefully 5-6 miles. (Not sure why, but when I ran my "easy" 3.5 miles on Sunday, I felt like a lumbering half-dead ox. Hoping today goes better or I won't get anywhere near 6!)

I get like this when my carb intake is low. Just a suggestion.

Thanks for the tip! I can't remember what I ate that day. I will make sure my dinner has some carbs. tonight. (Though I'm the Carb Queen so I kind of doubt I've EVER low on carbs, lol.)
