I did biceps and shouders, P90X
Yesterday was weights so today is a run! Beautiful day for it, too!
I try to do the Moby Sally Squat Challenge daily - but I've been slacking off a lot lately - knee hurts from baseball, so it sucks!
When I do my workout I am aiming low to start out, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 arm raises (with a weight), 30 jumping jacks and 30 stepups on each leg.
Rest day! I still have to work and since we are house hunting we are going to drive up the road in about an hour and check out the town we are interested in along with some of the homes for sale. I don't work until tonight.
I went for a 2 mile run...abs later
This morning I did an hour on my elliptical and I was a bit tired.
Today is rest day...but this is yesterdays
