Yesterday was weights so today is a run! Beautiful day for it, too!

 I try to do the Moby Sally Squat Challenge daily - but I've been slacking off a lot lately - knee hurts from baseball, so it sucks!

When I do my workout I am aiming low to start out, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 arm raises (with a weight), 30 jumping jacks and 30 stepups on each leg.

Rest day!  I still have to work and since we are house hunting we are going to drive up the road in about an hour and check out the town we are interested in along with some of the homes for sale.  I don't work until tonight.

I'm going to do squats today. I'm taking a week off from running after finishing C25K last Monday. I'll start week 8 of 10K Trainer next week. I hurt my ankle a week ago and it was reaggrivated the other day when I mowed. I need to let it rest.

This morning I did an hour on my elliptical and I was a bit tired.

Yay! I was able to jog a mile Without my injury stopping me!! It was much slower than normal but im soooo happy to at least hv been able to jog!!
After that I did leg ups and scissors for my abs. And did weights. I broke a sweat, not my normal body drenched 2mile induced shirt soak but im so happy I can still even function with this pulled muscle!
