I can really see a difference. Slow and steady is good.

I'm doing weight watchers, but just on my own.And I run 3x a week, and do pilates twice a week. It's been slow but steady!

I don't have any pictures, but I have gone from 172 to 155. Well, that happened from March to April.
Stayed steady at 155 since then.
I got sick two weeks ago and lost another two pounds. I'm 153 now.
Still have a lot more to go!
