So after my weigh in today...

It is clear that I need to add in some cardio to give me a boost. What do you all do for your cardio? 

I did a two mile walk today and figured I would start working in a "ride" on my stationary bike every day.

If those things didn't demolish my knees and hips...I would do them. LOL

At the gym, I take Dance, Insanity, and Cycle.

I run and do insanity for cardio.

I run and sometimes use the elliptical. I have crappy knees, can't do lunges, and walking up stairs usually hurts, but I can run without pain. I did have some hip issues, but the more I run and the more fit I've gotten the less hip issues I have.
