I have some hard boiled eggs in the fridge so I will have one or two of those along with my coffee and water.

What do you use in your smoothies that is non-dairy?  Almond milk?  Coconut milk?

Started with a strawberry/peach/Canteloupe smoothie.

Cabbage and bacon pan fried in bacon grease...and iced coffee.
