I spent all weekend getting organized! This week, I'm on it! I've got schedules, meal plans, the grocery shopping all done, my Paleo goods baked, and a work out spread sheet. I've scheduled my life down to the hour. The goal this week is to not let life's little quirks de-rail it all.

To get back on track with eating well. We've had a lot of family parties lately. My tummy has not been happy with me!

Did okay last week- tried a zumba class here finally.

goal for this week- more water on days I work and do 2 zumba classes

Last weeks I got new pants and I was hoping to fit in them, DONE! lol

This weeks goal is all about the diet, but I'd also love to be at 128 next monday.

Last week, not so great. Had some set backs but finished my week strong and got a boost of motivation and confidence from my trainer. This week is off to a great start and I will keep it that way. I am in CONTROL here. :)

My goals for this week is to get back into making my smoothies and to try Yoga!
