I actually stuck to my diet for 3 straight days last week, which I was super proud of, especially since I was also suffering from PMS.  Stress is making it very hard to stay healthy.

I did well yesterday, my goal is to take it one day at a time, log all my foods, and remind myself a little self-control is what it takes to get to my 10 pound goal.

My goals are to just get my exercising back on track.  I did so good with consistency for a year and then fell off the wagon about 3 or 4 months ago.  I really need to get back to where I was.
