It's been on my mind...and I have so many of my friends asking when I plan on trying to compete. I had a coach last year .... I lasted a month because he was super old school in his ways (meaning 6 meals a day of the same bland food) and I had some personal issues that came up. After research I found a contest prep coach and team that is about flexible dieting and explains why they do how they do it. The team I am joining is about research and learning the process. I'm super excited... I have my sisters wedding on Saturday so my coach and I agreed I start on Monday with a 4 month off season training and take it from there. I am in the process of applying for State Police so I am also prepping for the academy. So much on my plate but I am committing fully. I'm off to fill out forms from my coach to get started. Yay to taking it to the next level.
