I do lifting
day 1: upper body (cardio if the kids let me)
day 2: lower body (cardio if the kids let me)
day 3: rest day
Im using 20lb weights currently... (im weak lol ) I hope to be up to 40 by october...
Im lifting for like 10-15 mins... the 5-10 mins of cardio... I hope to increase that as well. but thats all the kids will let me do at a time.
