I do lifting

day 1: upper body (cardio if the kids let me)

day 2: lower body (cardio if the kids let me)

day 3: rest day

then repeat. 

Im using 20lb weights currently... (im weak lol ) I hope to be up to 40 by october...

Im lifting for like 10-15 mins... the 5-10 mins of cardio... I hope to increase that as well. but thats all the kids will let me do at a time.

I do t25 so I follow that schedule. I'm trying to decide what to do next.

I may join snap fitness. I am not sure.

That's nice, Im just restarting after 8 months of doing nothing, Im so out of shape that for this week I've been walking 45 minutes, tomorrow will try that plus some abs or some resistance work

I trade upperbody/cardio and lowerbody/cardio...if I'm really sore I do a cardio and abs day.....once I"m not working and can get to the gym 6 days a week I'll break up my body parts more to focus on specific areas more thoroughly.
