Back to work!! (New exercise regimen)

So I've gone back to work on Monday. The last time I exercised was Sunday. I have to make changes in my exercising. During the week when the kids go to bed I'll be doing a 20 min cardio/toning kickboxing video that I love that I found on YouTube. Then Friday, Saturday and Sunday I will continue with my toning routine doing at least an hr those 3 days. Also, I'd rather exercise at night because I'll be able to deal with my hair better & get myself ready for work the next day.
