My introduction

My name is Mia and I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. So I decided to focus on getting mentally, emotionally, physically stronger in addition to NOT getting any bigger through high intensity interval training. I also have been eating better. Some of the changes I have made are as follows:

1. Brisk walking to and from the store and library

2. Honey instead of sugar

3. water with lemon (3 days a week)

4. vegetable juice instead of fruit juice

5. fruit and cottage cheese

6. Hydroxycut Max for women (twice a day)

7. Vitamin B12 shots

I have been considering lipotropic injections. Has anyone here used them? If so, did they help with weight loss?

Any suggestions/advice would be great.

Hey there! I never have had any luck with diet pills...are they working for you? I found that clean eating and working out at home has been my saving grace on many levels haha Are you working out? If so, what have you been doing? I always love to hear what others are doing :)
