I had an apple and some blackberries for breakfast

breakfast:  sauteed spinach, 2 eggs, 1 oz. cheese, handful of blackberries

lunch:  artichoke chicken, tomato & cucumber salad (dinner leftovers)

dinner:  wet (smothered) burritos, huge garden salad

snack:  cheese, nut butter, sunflower seeds

Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1Tbsp roasted pepper hummus, 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes.

Lunch: Buffalo chicken soup (cauliflower, diced chicken, diced celery, hot sauce...tastes just like buffalo chicken wings!)

Supper: Kale, sausage and lentil soup.

snack: Diced apple with raw cashews.

My husband bought me a potato and egg taco this morning, so I couldn't resist. But that will be my only grain for the day, except maybe a corn tortilla with dinner.

For lunch I am eating pork chops with peppers and onions and some sour cream mashed potatoes with green onions.

For dinner I am making carnitas with refried beans and I might have that corn tortilla.

I'm hoping this lunch will hold me over so there will be very little smacking, if I do have a snack it will be carrots with ranch.

Breakfast was two farm eggs fried in organic butter and a small haas avocado.

Mid morning snack was a peanut butter Perfect Bar.

Lunch was buffalo chicken and berries.

Afternoon snack is a Kind bar.

Don't know what's for dinner.

Breakfast: blueberries, banana, Kefir, and a boiled egg

Lunch: my turkey and bean chili on chopped spinach with cheese and 1/2 a potato - Lunch is my big meal!

Snack (will be): greek yogurt and pineapple

Dinner: not sure yet... probably either meatballs w/ sauce and broccoli (with garlic bread for the kids)  or maybe baked chicken, kale cranberry salad (and biscuits for the kids).
