Start walking more,,,,

To get moving again!

Ever since I moved a month ago, I haven't had a chance to really focus on me.  It's either that I've been sick, my back hurts, I'm doing stuff to the house or I'm taking my kids everywhere.  I've been establishing a new routing post-divorce.

To continue walking 4 times a day (3 times at work, once at night when I get home). On weekends take long walk with kids while they ride their bikes.

Stay away from chocolate and junk food.

No binge eating

Drink lotd of water. I allow myself 1 diet soda a day.

Plan my food and workouts.  I'm just starting so I'm going to plan light.  Get rid of this Halloween candy!!!!

I'd like to lose 10# by Thanksgiving. 

Get on top of meal planning.

Exercise (even just a little bit) every day.

Start tracking meals again with My Fitness pal. I've noticed it makes a huge difference in what and how much I eat if I track honestly.

My November goal is to have an easy move to our new house and not mess up thanksgiving dinner!
