I just sign up, and I am loving the variety in exercises, but I don't know if those 30 minutes will be enough. The ones that does not hurt my back, I don't feel like they are pushing m enough, but the ones that push me enough are killing my back. I don't know, how to balance it.

Beachbody workouts are wonderful.. I can guarantee that if you do the workouts and couple them with eating well, you will see results. Most of those workouts really work your body even though you don't think they are doing so. I don't know what workouts you are doing though.

Yes! I'm actually a coach.

I completely understand what you're saying and will tell you - don't underestimate the workouts. Even if you don't think you're doing anything, you ARE working and if you stick with it (and eat a healthy, well-balanced diet), you'll see results.

Most offer examples of modifications to the exercises.

I've done piyo before and it was hard but made my back feel better.

Thank you! I am not afraid of working hard but I don't want to be in pain from weeks from my upper back. It's frustrating but there is no other way to lose weight. Thank you!

Yeah, I was impressed with how much better my back felt after like 2 workouts!
