How do you eat? Do you weigh you food? Do you watch calories, fat, sodium, salt, etc?

I just eat very cleanly.. I don't count calories, carbs, sodium, etc.. I'm very mindful of what I eat. 

I eat few processed items: natural PB, hummus, olives, sundried tomatoes and olive oil. Everything else I eat is a whole food.

Limit processed foods and low carb. I just try and keep my carbs as low as possible.

I watch calories which makes me eat low carb.

I follow portions sizes and watch carb count.  I eat mostly whole foods, so I don't have to worry about sodium and added sugars.

I try to eat healthy. We eat out ~ 2 times per week. Nobody in my family is doing any serious work on diet. We have ice cream in the freezer, typically some kind of easy sweets too, like cookies in the pantry. Fruit on the counter & veggies in the lower drawer of the fridge.  I usually have enough vegetables on hand to have salad for every dinner.  We're not eating terrible, but we sure could do better. We are not keeping journals or weighing stuff. None of us have any food sensitivities.

I don't count calories, I just try to make smart choices and avoid processed items/food.

I'm on Weight Watchers so I'm on a point system.

i tried weighing it but it was too much work... it does work though.

now i just eye portion things and am mindful of what is on my plate

i dont count calories that much but i try to put it all in my phone, on an app.
