Yoga Workout/Flow/Pose of the Day! - Check Back for a New Video Every Day!

It might be a longer workout, it might be a simple flow, or even a pose or two.  Let's see what we find every day!  I will also try to make a note of what each addresses if it's not listed on the video's title screen.

This is the first one, and it's a Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga for Hypermobility and Chronic Pain.

I'm going to check this out once my foot heals. I slipped in a puddle of cat puke and sprained my toe. Who sprains their TOE? Anyway, it hurts like hell. Hoping it heals quickly.
