What's for lunch today?

I'm having a black forest ham sandwich on a 100 calorie whole wheat sandwich round with lettuce, provolone and hummus. And a cup of broccoli soup.

I made this last night, http://mandyjo.com/low-carb-crack-slaw/ and we have plenty leftover. I used hot sausage, instead of the beef, and rinsed and drained it.

I also made this, http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/summer-squash-bake-64874.aspx, and subbed banana peppers for green peppers. Delicious.

Tuna with white vinegar, olive oil. handfull of grape tomatoes, 1 hard boiled egg and some low fat ritz crackers.

I'm eating marinated cucumbers and grape tomatoes with some cheese and hard boiled eggs.  I'm really not hungry.
