Breakfast - 2 eggs and a veggie burger

Lunch- taco zucchini with cheese

Dinner- grilled Italian chicken breast with zucchini and onions

Snacks- pickles and cantelope.

I don't know yet.  I had protein coffee first thing this morning.

I had a protein muffin and coffee for breakfast, I'm not sure about the rest.

Not sure really ..

S .. salmon pinwheels & gefilte fish

L .. snack size cottage cheese & pickle

D .. chicken leg/wing & salad

S .. peppermint patty

Thanks! Lunch was a big fresh tomato slice, topped with cottage cheese, and a veggie burger.

Breakfast- scoop of PB

Lunch- breaking my rule of no bread and eating a tuna sandwich as I wanted to see if my George Foreman grill would finally work right as everything has been sticking horribly.. and 1/2 a cucumber with some hummus

Dinner- no clue as the chicken won't be thawed in time. I will put it in the crock pot tomorrow

I had a muffin and grapes for breakfast, left over chicken enchilladas and a banan for lunch, not sure about dinner yet
