Hey i am 38 and my younest is 3 the 29th of aug i am trying to get back into shape since he will be starting school soon and need advice on the meal planning. I am new to the group.

Hello and welcome! 

Meal planning is not too difficult but make sure you stay away from processed stuff. That can be difficult but it can be done. Add in lots of fresh fruits and veggies and really watch portion sizes.

Avoid processed foods, cook from scratch as much as possible, cut back on carbs and increase protein. Lots of vegetables and fruits is important too.

Welcome to the group. Meal plan hmm eat smaller. Drink lots of water. Eat more veggies and fruit. :)

I apologize for the tardy been busy, i am on a 1200 carloie diet right now am i quess the meal planning part
