It's the 1st of January of 2018! How much do you weigh??

It's officially a new year. What is your starting/current weight (SW/CW) and your goal weight (GW). I just stepped on the scale.

SW/CW: 200.6 LBS

GW: 125-130

I'm going to attempt the 100 day challenge (exercise consistently for 100 days straight)

My first goal is to be under 200 lbs. After that I'll see how I feel and what looks good

I don't want to be super thin, at 165 people tell me I'm skinny and I can still occasionally have a treat. I haven't been that weight since I got married 8 years ago.

Starting weight 140

Goal weight 120

I'm borderline overweight for my height and age. Dropping down to 120 by changing diet and creating good habits will hopefully help me maintain a healthy weight with a body that I love.

GW not sure yet. Right now I want to get under 200. I’ve been at this weight for awhile. I’m stuck.
