189.9lbs 

I started my journey in April 2017 at 215lbs.... it may be a slow progress, but I am proud of myself!

I have dropped two jean sizes.


I have done this all by eating vegan and intuitively eating... eating only until I am satisfied. 

I haven't been working out. but think I will start.

I knew I lost some weight. as I felt and looked smaller. but didn't have a scale until yesterday, as my old one broke before Halloween. when I weighed 200lbs.

I am so excited for 2018!

Good for you!!  

I have about 30 lbs that I need to lose but just haven't found the motivation yet.  This cold weather is killing me!  Hurry up winter, go away!

Congratulations!! That's awesome.  i'm trying to not count calories but being more mindful of my choices because of their potential calories....does that make sense?

I did did the same thing I lost my weight over time . I hope you getting protein on your diet

I eat lots of bean, lentils and tofu... I found the red lentil penne too.
