Does anyone know their BMI (Body Mass Index) is measured body fat based on height and weight.
Tells you if your underweight, normal, overweight or obese.

Hi!

I use a Shapescan Machine, a tool from UCLA, in my Business that measures your BMI/lean body mass/%of body fat etc.  Basically I hook two electrodes to your hand/wrist and foot/ankle, then input your data such as height, weight, gender, the type of daily work you do, your expected exercise level, etc., and then it prints out your numbers for optimal health!

This way, I can track my own, as well as my clients % of body fat lost on our programs.  As the % of body fat decreases, the lean muscle mass increase, etc.  It's an awesome tool!
