hi all. I am 38 years and weigh probably close to 165. I have always been a fast walker - can walk faster than I jog. So I have this desire to try and speed walk competativly. But I know the pros are super lean. I guess my question is ... Aside from dieting or just changing my life habits - how I eat. What are the kind of things I need to eat that are good? And what should I really avoid aside from the obvious? Any thoughts advice etc? I know I could be super fast if I could be lean!
