A great way to exercise, have tons of fun and incorporate the kids! Oh, and hubby too :)
I used to have the exact setup you see above. So worth it! But I just ordered the mat (no system needed) that plugs directly into the tv. I ordered it off of amazon just last night. It was only $20. A lot of ppl have reported dramatic weight loss from this game alone. Youtube has a lot of videos.
This is such a wonderful way, for us moms, who are finding it difficult to make it to a gym. Also, if you're looking for something that's not time demanding, pure fun, where everyone can become involved...this is it!
Quoting RHalter:do you have the one for a game system or the one u just plug into the tv? it looks like alot of fun!
My sister loves Billy Blanks. I don't think she's heard ow cardioke, but she will. I'm tellin' her, LOL Thank you as well, for sharing and yes, it's VERY fun.
Quoting PrttyMstng:Dancing is one of my favorite cardio workout routines. I got hooked on Cardioke with Billy Blanks Jr - to the point that several of my friends are doing it now too.
Thanks for sharing - I haven't tried that yet but it looks like tons of fun.
We bought one of the ones that just plugs into the TV with 2 mats. The first week my daughter played it several times, I played it with her a couple, I just didn't really enjoy it. Definitely a super cardio workout! I was breathless within minutes. I can see how this can be fun for some people, but for me it wasn't dancing, just jumping your feet around.
Not sure which one but maybe HE can get the boxing and YOU can get the dd revolution b/c they are two different workouts. One targets the upper extremities and the other targets the lower although they will both make the entire body sweat nevertheless.
Be certain you can't get both. Remember, the dd revolution is only $20. But of course, only you know what you can handle right now.
Quoting RHalter:well, i think i would have alot of fun with it, however, i think my husband would have more fun playing the boxing on the wii...but of course i cant get both! which should i get?
