Here are a few of my weightloss progress pics...I started after the birth of my son at 249lbs...now 10months later I am 163.8lbs Here are my progress pics...I have lost a totoal of 85.2lbs since Taylers birth...the top pic he was 6 weeks, then 4months, then 9months (last month)



Here we go. the first was taken in Jan at 195lbs. The second in May at 165lbs. The last set was today at 145! Whew whooo!! I have the same shirt on in all the pics...can you believe I actually wore that out last year?? What was I thinking?

I started in Nov. at 240 ( Size 22) and am now 180 ( size 12) working towards my goal of 170.

Hey ladies! All of your pictures are amazing! Its great to see that weight loss is actually posible lol I have never been very much in shape. but on a mere 5 foot frame and at 190 lbs i am needless to say WAY over my healthy weight. Can anyone PLEASE give me some ideas on how to get the weight off. i know watch wat you eat and work out but i guess i'm needing more detail. please help
