I just started my regimen today! Yay me! I am loving it! I feel so good knowing that I am doing something good for myself. We all know that most of us moms don't get to do something for ourselves often. My current weight (starting weight) is 140 pounds. My measurements are 36-28-38. I am short 5'1''. So weighing over 120 pounds makes me look "stacked". My goal is to lose 20 pounds and 4 inches from my waist. Already making this week harder is the added stress of finances. My fiance' and I are trying to buy a home, pay our and a family members bills, and plan a wedding for next year! I won't be starting my daily exercise regimen until Fri. August 21. I came here looking for support, so everyone will be my "help"! =)) I feel great about starting this regimen and know that I am going to be very happy with my outcome weeks from now!
Hello guys. I've been a member of this group for some time now. But I'll admit, I haven't been in here in months. I started my diet less than a year ago, back September 9th 2008. I started my journey at a whopping 215. Since then, I've lost 65 lbs. I am now back to 165 though, which is better than 215, but, had I kept going, I would have probably hit my goal by now. I had a lot of stuff come up in April, not that it's an excuse, but we were buying our first home, I started back to college, and I was dealing with a lot of family stuff. But, today, I come back to you fully motivated, and ready to do this all over again, and keep it off this time! I will be checking in daily as I reach my goal of 135. I only have 30 left to go. I will weigh in every Friday, and I will be exercising everyday. I finally went to the grocery store last night, and got all my healthy little foods, that I should be eating. I've eaten a lot of fast food since April, but no more! Unless it's taco bell lol. Because they have low fat food that actually tastes good. I get a fresco ranchero chicken soft taco, and a order of pintos and beans. I ate that when I was dieting the first time if I ever went out for fast food. lol. Anyway, I am starting today at 165, and my goal is to reach 135 by Christmas Day. Which I can do if I lose 2 lbs a week, which I think is totally attainable! So please support me girls, I need your help, support, and encouragement!
I just started this week! I havent weighed myself im buying a scale this weekend but its alot! Probaly around 300lbs! I have cut my calories to 1500 and have started walking 2 a day! My obsticals is Im so sore and I have to push myself in the evenings! But my life has to change if I want to live!

YOU CAN DO IT!!! Just take it one day at a time. It may take a while, and you may come across many obstacles and derailments, but it can be done, and you WILL get to your goal!!

I am starting today. I am not sure about my exact weight but it is around 180. My measurements are Bust: 40, waist: 35, bellybutton: 39, and hips: 44. I think if it is nice out I am going to start rollerblading to work.

Challenges? I have got some over eating issues when I am bored or stressed out. I can polish off a bag of chips and ice cream and a box of ricearoni in one sitting. Thats my main issue
Exersize? walked a mile twice this week and did some free weights.
Triumphs? Said no to some junk food! Going to walk in the Race for the Cure tomorrow
Support? I guess give me some tips of exerzises I can do.
How do you Feel about your results? I am not happy about it, but I am not going to fret. Tomorrow is a new day!
I'm new to this group and to having to exercise. I have two beautiful children and realized that I don't want to be tired when playing with them. I am starting today on a exercise regimne that I think is going to work for me... I'm a full-time mom and work full-time but my goal is to do this workout everynight after they go to bed. I currently weigh 245lbs ( I was 140 before both children) I don't know my measurements yet but I will get them posted. My goal weight is 140. I know 100 lbs is a lot but I know I can do it.. all I need is some supportive friends behind me. If anyone has a good eating plan please enlighten me. Thanks in advance for all the support. Just reading some of these posts motivates me even more.

I am not doing so good this week. I know that I need to do better for myself and for my family. Especialy my son more then anything. I have know idea what my problem is. my wieght is 245 I have gained back the one pound so I know that i have to work even harder to get that one pound back off along with extra if I can. I have know idea what my measurments are I don't have measuring tape thing. You'd think that I'd have one considering that my hubby is a matainance man. but I don't. The hardest thing for me is to cut out the pasta, sugar and the breads and stick to the 800 calories like the doctor told me to because I love all that and am going to work even harder to stick to it to get this stubborn assed fat off. my whole body hurts because of the extra wieght that I packed on over the years. I haven't exercised but ine time and that was like a week ago. I need to exercise more even if it means dressing my kid up warmer and taking him with me no matter what.
This is my first week starting to track my weight. I am currently 203 lbs and 5'6. I just had a baby a week ago, so I am giving myself a month before I start tracking my measurements, as I know they will be greatly skewed. I have lots of energy after having my baby, but have to limit myself until I get the okay from the doctor. Right now, I am focusing on diet. I am only allowing myself fast food once per week and a dinner/lunch out at an actual sit down restaurant once per week. My husband is on board with me on the eating out part (or lack there of). My hurdle will be for us to stick to that. I am also watching my portion size. My goal in the long run is to get back down to a size 8 (which usually puts me around 150-160 lbs). I am between a size 14 and 16 right now. I look forward to this group!

What is your current Weight? Hi! I currently weigh 189 lbs. My lowest weight was 170 lbs in February and ran into some hurdles with my back. I'm back now and ready to go! My highest weight was 245 lbs in Oct '07.
Measurements?Waist - 34, hips - 44 That's all I measure thats important to me. LOL
Challenges? The weather is getting colder and I like to walk outdoors. I have nerve damage in my back that makesm y legs hurt and the cold makes them hurt even more.
Exersize?I walked 2.5 miles today. We had a heat wave today. 60* out! LOL
Triumphs? No junk food today and I've eaten all healthy foods today........so far! The night isn't over.
Support? Tell me to stay away from food at night! I get so weak after 8 pm!
How do you Feel about your results? I've just recently started to really watch what I eat. I'll let ya know next week how I've done.
