How are you doing this week? very stress, from work, but better since its friday.
What is your current Weight? 232 Lost 2lbs this week.(28 total since aug.9th 09
my goal is to be 155-160 by may 2010.

Challenges? (Anything that made this week harder?)went out of town over last weekend. It was really tough not to eat what everyone else is eating.
Exersize? (How much exersize have you gotten, frequency, length and type) i do a mile on treadmill. Also some other machines for my belly and arms.
Triumphs?(Pat yourself on the back!) my mom cooked a really good meal tonight with a peach cobbler, i didnt touch it.

Hi, new to the group. I am doing badly, sick kid, no working out this week.
Current weight is 180, I lost a lb from last month, my only one.
I wish I had measured when I started 2 months ago. But I know that gain muscle since I can find cheack bones, and muscles in my legs. And stomach has the preggo bubble, instead of an inner tube.
36" waist 41.5" hips 34" rib cage 26" theigh 11" bicept
I am trying to work out 5 times a week. 2 days weights and 2 day kickboxing, 1 day yoga
I could use a swift kick in the pants. I am trying to lose 40lbs in 5 months now, that is when hubby returns. And if I do this we have a greed that I get $1000 to spend on cloths. I really want that. So swift kick is what I need. Yoga is sat. after the girls swim lessons ( I work out at the Y, they have baby sitting)
