I'm getting kind of upset at people constantly saying that taking supplements won't work! They assume (for some reason) that because someone takes supplements they eat like crap and expect the drugs to do everything. I'm EXTREMELY careful about what I eat and I make sure that what I eat has the nutrition I'm looking for. I take supplements because I couldn't do it myself, believe me, I tried! I'm just tired of the people who look down on those who get a little pharmaceutical boost. No, I don't intend on taking phentermine forever; yes, I know it can cause health problems; yes, I know I have to work for the weight loss; etc.
I think it's great if you can eat healthy and exercise by yourself and are able to overcome whatever it is that made you gain weight to begin with! I've tried for years to lose weight and end up just gaining more and more until here I am, at 289 pounds and guess what? I think I may have found what I need to lose the weight and keep it off. I found something that stops my insane cravings so I don't snack all freaking day, something that gives me the energy I've always wanted to get up and play with my daughter and to get out and exercise or even clean my house!
All I ask is that you remember that different things work for different people. Please don't judge someone before you know their story and please don't assume that you know what is best for everyone!
*Please note that this was not intended for any one single person, all 'you's were universal, and I meant no harm :)
That is so true! There are times that people do need that extra little boost to get them going. Some of the products out there are healthy for you, you just need to find the ones that are good for you and that work for you. Way to go keep working hard things will work out for you!

I understand what you are saying, and to each their own. I'm personally not a fan because I haven't had good experiences with that - if I had, I wouldn't be in this group or have weight to lose! They are also dangerous. A lot have been banned because of certain ingredients.
The thing about supplements is that most of your nutritents should be coming from food or drink sources rather than pills. I'm not judging, just saying that these aren't for me. To each their own if they want to try new things.
