These were pretty good. I think that they could be better with a moister
biscuit and maybe a brown sugar, butter and water caramel instead of
one with milk and the jarred stuff.
What you need:
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Pillsbury frozen buttermilk biscuit
- 2 tbsp. caramel apple dip
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1 tsp. chopped pecans, if desired
Bake biscuit according to directions. This is only a single serving recipe, so I made 6 servings altogether.
Cut biscuit into pieces and roll in sugar mixture.
In a small bowl, mix caramel and milk. Microwave for 15 to 30 seconds, or until hot. Stir and drizzle over biscuit pieces.
Top with pecans, if desired.
