But.. I am curious, with my last pregnancy I didn't gain any weight (my youngest is only 10months old) I didn't work out and was wheelchair bound for a few months, but still no weight gain. I also didn't lose a pound after baby :( not even with delivery, somehow within 2 weeks I was back to 200lbs the same as before pregnancy and all during. Now I'm pregnant again and STILL 200lbs but this time I'm working out, but as of now not trying to lose weight. But I'm afraid I will. If I work out at all.. did any of you workout/ loseweight during pregnancy? What effect did it have?
I know working out. Is healthier for me and baby, and not to work out too rough. I'm also strictly making sure I get plenty of water and calories so I don't faint.
