I wear spring boost..they come with toning inserts (3 different levels)..so it looks like a regular walking shoe from the outside..it was $139 (hubbys were $165) at BIG 5, but we got them on a BIG 5 sale!!! Ready?..for $25..and they work!..totally worth there original price, but I wouldn't of paid that kind of money for shoes..I wore them on my 20 day trip to walt disney world..ouch, I had to take breaks on some days with flip flops..lol

I tried a pair on and didn't like them at all; I found them very uncomfortable. My sil has a pair and likes hers, so she says ... but she doesn't wear them all that much!
