How much time do you spend entertaining other people?
Do you like to have other people over to your house for entertainment purposes? What kind of things do you do to keep them entertained?
I've often been amazed how just talking can pass the time quickly. I used to love to invite people from church over that didn't know each other. It was always fun because they were familiar with the faces but had never talked with each other. Sitting together over a simple meal made the time pass by way too fast and everyone left talking about how much fun they had. And then at church, they had new friends. It was pretty cool but I haven't done that in a long time.
Sounds like they were fun times,
We actually did entertain more when the kids were younger,
Now hardly ever :)

Once in a while I have friends over for coffee.. Once in a while I have friends or family over but it's all the time..
i LOVE having people over but we don't do it too often. More in the spring and summer though. hopefully more this year!
It doesn't happen often bc of my gma (many of you have heard my stories) but occasionally we'll have small dinner parties.
I really enjoy entertaining guests and hopefully in the future can do it more often. I'd love to have atleast a once a month dinner with friends over and a weekly dinner with my family.
No, my home is too tiny to entertain. Otherwise, yes, I would love to.
We get together with my bff & her dh every 6-8 weeks for dinner and to play diminos ... we have a blast doing that & just gabbing. With other friends we normally have them for dinner, sometimes we will play a game or two, but mostly we just enjoy visiting with each. In the warmer weather we love having cook-outs; especially when we can get a large group and hold the cookout at a local park. Then we take the baseballs, bats & everyone gets a game going ... this family is big on playing baseball.
I don't like having people over very much honestly. haha I'll do it, but don't really enjoy it.
I'd rather go somewhere else and bring items to contribute rather than host something on my own....
Every weekend usually we have a friend over. Most of our friends are like family so they just come in and make themselves at home. No entertainment needed LOL.
