I'm so excited and I just wanted to share..
In Sept of 2011 we paid off my car WOO HOO!!
In October my husband got a promotion and raise YAY!!!
In december we spent alittle to much on Christmas (who wouldn't LOL!!)
In February we filed our taxes and hope to get our refund soon (yay for refund)
In March we are going to REFI our mortgage
In March my husband will get a bonus
In April we'll skip a payment because that's how it works
In March/April we will get a new furnace for our house and not have to take a loan out to do it YAY!!!!
I'm SO excited that things are moving in the right direction financially.. I am waiting for the shoe to drop to see what's next but for now I'm enjoying that I don't have to stretch pay check to paycheck..
I'm so excited!! It's been a LONG road so to be at this point it feels GREAT!!!! I think it's been about 5 years since I have felt this comfortable :)

I can't wait to pay off my husbands car.. We have a 0% loan so we aren't going to pay it off any sooner since we want to conectrate on our Mortgage and our Home Equity before we pay off a 0% loan.. I think we have only 3 more years for his car and that's fine....

I just get nervous that it will get derailed because often when things look up appliences go down LOL!!! We'll see what happens but my fingers are crossed and my prayers have been said and I hope that we keep moving in a good direction.. The mortgage we are getting will be 15 years and we'll save about $70 off our bill each month too YAY YAY!!!
