I received approval from café mom team to post the following:

"U.S. Department of Labor: Employers responsible for employees inflicted w/chronic diseases/illnesses"

It tells how I was inflicted with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome at work- unprovoked attack; human bite to right hand. The petition tells how it's affect on me today and the effects on my daughters. I've paid out of pocket since 2005, it's past the time for those who inflicted me with CRPS to take responsibility.

I need you to read, sign and share this with others.

There are others like me that need this type of change.
