So got bad news

I told the chidrens parents what i am going to do to get the kids under control and the parents agreed, both sets in fact did.
Well the parent of a 10 and 6 year old said they would talk it over, and it happened to be their old daycare lady was moving out of state so thsts how i got the kids. Well her schedule changed and after the father came to get the kids, he talked to his wife about what i said and what they wanted to do. So they came up with the old daycare lady they had will have the kids back. So these kids will not even finish up the week. And i loved watching for this family besides my neighbors who i am frirnds with. This family told me hiw great i was doing and even gave me a birthday gift and the kids gave me a card they made for me at school.
So now i am a little sad and angry, but at least i still have them as friends. Will miss working with this family

My friend runs an in home daycare and it can be a headache..  she's licensed and has all the parents sign agreements so that they can't leave midweek without paying..  Did you have the parents do that?  Glad you can still be friends.. it's hard to separeate the two sometimes..

I was planning on having the kids choose a friend one only that comes and plays cuz in the last 2 years we had more kids then adults so my neighbor and i agreed to it and i broke the news to everyone yesterday.
