I wear three different rings all the time one being my wedding band,
2 bracelets on the same arm & a necklace.
I prefer gold but do have some white gold
Oh & my ears are pierced but can't wear my earrings every day like I use to :(

I wear my wedding rings, I have earrings that I don't usually change, and a ring on my other hand that is a heart with both my kids birthstones and their names on them..  I also have a necklace I wear MOST of the time which has a pendant that is round with a cut out of Martha's Vineyard (that's where I'm from) and then I added to the chain a girl and a boy pendant for my 2 kids :) :)

Do you wear any jewelry regularly? I wear my wedding rings, another wedding band that dh found on the job in a vacant house & gave me, a claddagh ring & my oldest son's baby ring all the time; they are all gold except the claddagh ring which is sterling silver.  When I'm going somewhere I have other rings I also wear. I love jewelry & I wear it a lot when I'm going out, but just around the house it's just those few rings.
Anything pierced? Just my ears, 2 holes on each; I just got the 2nd one this past April.
Do you have a metal preference? Not really, I like yell & white gold & sterling.  Never had any platinum, but I do like it; don't care for nickle.

 While I have a lot of jewelry, I don't necessarily wear it regularly. Its mainly Lia Sophia stuff. I have my ears double pierced, and I always keep a pair of studs in the top hole. I do have a tendency to have a nickel allergy, so I have to be careful with the cheap stuff.

Copper bracelet for aches an pain's, Bronze earring's an necklace's  for migraine's.  Nickel , Oystershell, Pearl, an Opal ....because  it keeps me less stressed, more patience an quick to listen  an respond........my Aiya(Grandmother) says their elemental -an to keep them close!  its a very long story...ha ha ha

I wear my wedding ring, engagement ring, small diamond hoops and a tennis bracelet daily. I have 2 necklaces and a pair of white gold diamond earrings that I sometimes wear for a special occasion.

I only wear my small hoop earring on a regular basis, I dont even wear my wedding rings all the time because they are too big.
