Hot Tea?

Do you drink hot tea?  I want some but not sure if I should before bed.  Kind of a hassle lol

I dont drink icetea myself its nasty. I only drink hot tea and i do so twice a day on average. Doesnt make me hyper. The cafeine levels in tea are very low ,its nothing like coffee ....
I prefer tea with fruit tastes.

I drink hot tea when my throat is hurting or I've been coughing a lot.  Otherwise it's coffee or sweet iced tea for me.

I like hot peppermint tea at night as well as a few other decaffeinated teas.

I drink Sleepytime tea every night. If I can't get drowsy I crank it up a notch to Sleepytime Extra tea. lol
