As most of you know, I've been taking care of my grandmother & aunt for the last couple of years. Things have been rocky for the last couple of weeks and my grandmother has been in and out of the hospital.
She went in on the 17th of June because she was having trouble breathing and we thought she might have pneumonia. Turns out the she didn't but her subclavian artery was 99% clogged, so she had to have a stint put in. She made it through that with flying colors, but later than night suffered from a stroke.
She came home a few nights later, then turned around and had to go back to the ER because her BP was well over 200. After the run around from the hospital (switching buildings, floors, in and out of ICU and a very determined team of individuals who REFUSED to allow her to come home because we weren't equipped to take care of her and tried to force us into putting her in nursing care), they finally let her come home again.
Then last night she was back in the ER with trouble breathing. Today they had to put a feeding tube in through her nose to help her eat and to help her take her medicine. I just don't know what to expect now. I have an IDEA, but I don't like it. :\
Tomorrow we have to have a meeting with the doctors to discuss things that I'm almost 100% sure that have already been discussed. I honestly don't see my grandmother making it too much longer and that kills me. This woman raised me. I hate this.
Thoughts and prayers would be appreciated. If I'm not around for awhile, then you guys know why. :\

I'm sorry sweetie =( I hate this for you.
Will keep you in my prayers for sure. Know we're thinking about you and here for you! ♥
Thanks guys. I'm so exhausted but I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep tonight. I keep expecting the phone to ring. :\
Im Sorry!! Thoughts and prayers.
So very sorry to hear about this Kendall. You know you have our prayers. We definitely understand if you aren't around; your Grandmother comes first.
