I'll start: VERIZON 2 thumbs way up for them, why? The signal is good, they always willing to work with u. Technical support is open till midnight. Good bundles plans and they always give u what u want & need.
Cingular Wireless is the worst company for me. Why? They are incomplyent, they like to work with u and they still money from u. AT&T was good but than they cancel all my 3 cell phones just because one of them wasn't paid for yet because at the time I was pregnant in bed rest at the hospital. High risk pregnancy. The company didn't care so they cancel all. My contracts had 2 pay $175 for early termination for ea. Line. I tried to work with them but they didn't want to. Bad bad AT&T & Cingular wireless.

I love Verizon!
I don't do contracts w/ phones b/c if i want to get up and move i don't want to worry about terminating my service if the place i'm going to doesn't have that service. So i use Boost.
BUT, DH works for Verizon. if we were to get a contract phone, it'd be with them.
We had a terrible time with AT&T!!!! Our bill was a different price every month. We would call and they would say, "oh we forgot to add this or that!" BUT I'M PAYING FOR IT!!!!!!
We left them and went to Sprint. We have some dead spots every now and then, but for the most part it has been very good!
We had contract through ATT but wasn't happy paying $250/mo for 550 mins/month w/ unlimited texting plus having internet through them.
So we switched to prepaid ATT (it's the only one that gets service out our way, if that were to change I'd be interested in looking at other companies). We now pay $75/mo - Dh has unlimited everything and I have the basic 250/mo with unlimited texting. Which works out fine for the both of us.
not with boost. I only pay 40$ a month for unlimited talk, text, & web. I have everything my friends have without the outrageous bill every month.

Wouldn't u be paying more for prepaid minutes than paying for a contract. I don't like prepaid minutes because they steal from u blind. Let's say u have a 100 minutes before u know it u only wasted 50 minutes out of the 100 minutes are gone. So what happened to the other 50.
I was with Sprint for 10 years and never had an issue. My phone started acting faulty 8 days before my upgrade date and they wouldn't let me upgrade early...I even offered to extend my contract another two years because I was so satisfied with them. They said I'd have to buy the phone for the whole resale price.
Calling their bluff, I threatened to cancel and they won. DH put me on his plan with Verizon and I hate it. I HATE VERIZON!!! I switched in December and got the Samsung Stratosphere and had so many issues that I finally brought it in on Memorial Day and between Memorial Day and Independce Day I had the phone replaced five different times.
Indepence day I went to the store with more issues and the associate put me on the phone with tech support who walked me through a hardware reset that did nothing, so they changed my sim card and sent me on my way. I waited in the store (on a bench) to see if this fixed my problem. It did not, so I resigned in and the first person to help me told me that there was a data outage and that's what was causing my problem. I told him I'd been in the store for the past two hours with this problem because it'd been ongoing since December. He stuttered and put me on the phone with tech support and I did a second hardware reset.
The manager walked by and asked the guy helping me what was gonig on and he said, "I dunno, she trippin cuz she think her phone dun work." I informed her of everything and she offered me a trade: I could get any phone in the store that $200 or less (with a two year contract) without having to extend my contract. I got the iPhone 4s and I like it a lot. She forgot to put it in the computer, though, so when I hadn't received my phone in five days I called back and she's like "Oh, it's because of the holiday," blah blah but as soon as we hung up doesn't DH get a confirmation email saying the order was just put in. She never did it while I was in the store! On top of that, she did not tell me the data package that I had (I paid for 2 GB and got 2 GB for free) would be null now, so I learned the hard way that she redid my entire contract.
I cannot wait for my two years to be up because I am leaving Verizon.
