Chickenpox...vaccine or no vaccine?

Just curious...do you vaccinate your child?

Don't worry too much about what others say.

This is YOUR child. Whatever you think is best for YOUR family is all that matters.

We don't vax at all. But even if I did, I wouldn't do the chicken pox one. If you get it naturally, you're done. With the vaccine, you can still get it and there have been numerous cases where the kid/adult got it more than once.

honestly it was before the whole nonvax explosion.

If I could go back in time and redo it, I probably would have opted to just let the kid's catch chicken pox so they'd be immuned for good.

I wasn't vaccinated. I got the chicken pox at 7, then got shingles at 17 when I was pregnant.

I got shingles several times, that's not fun. :(
