We have so many children this could be a book so I will narrow it down to just a couple..my 19 year old who is child number 6 composes some really beautiful music on his keyboard and plays by ear. He refuses lessons because he does not want to have anothers infuence..so we bought an extremely nice key board and amp. He plays for hours when he is home from college and no one complains at the late hours of Wills music.
My 14 year old child number 9 is a horse fan. His riding makes me cry. He was adopted a couple of years ago, he is ackward and has many many fears and he stutters...but on the back of a horse he is graceful and confident. He no longer stutters when speaking, back is straight and eyes forward. We nurture this not only with lessons but by having two horses for him at our home.

Quoting HisSweetheart07:I'm slowly learning what gifts/talents my children have. Today we found out that both kids love ice skating. Their first time every on the ice and after 2 hours both were skating on their own!
As far as interests: we just encourage it and support them throughout.
