I need some motivation to cook something YUMMY tonight.. So, what's everyone cooking?

If you aren't sure yet then is there a few things you are considering for dinner??

Macaroni salad hamburgers on the grill and baked beans,,,nice and simple and filling,,,walla!!!

I don't know. I am not feeling well, so I may or may not be home for dinner.

I was thinking of having my husband grill some BBQ chicken.  He grills not me :)

that sounds good too,,my hubby does the grilling also,,he loves to fo it so I say go for it! lol

A little late but maybe in the future you could use this. My youngest DD and i had chx. breasts ( boneless skinless ) with white rice. Both covered wih sauce ( Creme of chx soup - 1/2 can milk per can of soup.) After cooking chx - remove from pan. Warm creme of chx soup and milk in same pan to capture flavorings. Have a veggie of your choice with meal :)
