A couple of times.  Poor banking practices usually did it for me.  My tolerance level is really low these days.

I had yet another overdraft fee today when the account hasnt been below $50 in the last few months!

When i called they tried to blame me for it and got really rude over it.

I shouldnt have to fight for my money- especially when im ou of town

I have a feeling that come Monday ill be checking out other local banks.

Just sucks because ive has this bank since i was 13. :(

It might be time to switch then.  I've lost all loyalty with companies like banks.  If I can get a better deal somewhere else (and not have to worry about crap like this) then I'm all over it.

My (other) grandmother was in banking for years.  She gave me some advice one time about staying with a local bank or a credit union instead of a national bank (big bank).

I did but it's been years. Their customer service was horrible and they kept raising their fees and charging for everything. It's a huge hassle to move but it's your money.

Certain branch offices of my bank SUCK!!!!  One branch wants to charge me 5.00 to fax my timesheet or to get a copy of my bank statement yet another branch will do it at no charge but it is too far to travel there once a week.

We have been with a local bank for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
