Where do you usually shop for items for your home?

Most of my furniture came from a local furniture chain here in Colorado.  Things like linens and things I get at either Target or Kohl's.

Where do you usually shop?

Antique stores for wood furniture- got an antique Duncan Phyfe dining table on lay-a-way at one right now with 7 chairs. Saved over $1400 by going with an antique set.

I shop at either local furniture or interior design stores for things like sofas and accent chairs.

For linens such as sheets and beddings- Kohl's, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx.

For curtains- I usually make my own so I shop for fabric either online or at Joann's or Hobby Lobby.

I also have an antique table, drop leaf.  It's nice but needs refinishing.

WalMart or yard sales, thrift stores.....places like that. I only have 4 items of furniture in my apartment that I have bought new. Everything else is used but thats okay w/ me.

Depends on what types of things I'm looking for:  Kohl's, walmart, target; things like appliances we go to Home Depot or sometimes Sears.  Electronics: Best Buy, Staples, Verizon (phones), B.J.'s or Amazon.  Haven't bought furniture in years, but hope to sometime later this year & will go to local (w/in 50 miles) furniture stores ... I take that back, we bought dh a new recliner last year & went to the Lazy Boy store about 45 miles away.

Target, wal mart, some hand me downs. Craigslist and a few local second hand stores. Those are the pieces I redo.

We have furniture from local furniture stores, Macys, Home Goods, Pier One, Costco. Textiles are from outlet stores, target, and Costco (they have really nice towels)
