What can I make with 3/4 jar of vodka sauce?

 You could use it instead of barbecue sauce for chicken.    I bet it would taste great on grilled or baked boneless chicken breast.

lasagna...stuffed peppers...i dont know make home made potatoe wedges and use it as a dip....

I fry up sausage, cut into bite size peices, add mushrooms, onions and peppers. Then boil some fusilli, rotini or whatever pasta you like. Mix all together with garlic, s & p, and shredded cheese and sauce. Add garlic toast and a salad.

Vodka sauce goes great on home-made pizza.  I like to use bagels or french bread - put a little olive oil on the bread, add some basil & parsley & garlic to the sauce, spread it out and load on the cheese (and toppings if you like).  ;-)
