We have natural gas. We have an outdoor wood burning furnace though so we rarely use any gas during the winter.

A little bit of everything. The house was originally built with an oil furnace in the basement and a wood stove in the living room. There's also a backup coal furnace in the basement but we've never used it. Then when the previous owners put the addition on the house) master bedroom and bath over the garage) they were too cheap to tie it into the heating system, so they put a propane heater in there. Then we have a few electric heaters in Luke's room and the spare room because the vents in those rooms are in the ceiling and they're at the end of the house so the fan doesn't push enough heat into those rooms so we need to have the heaters in them on really cold winter nights.

We have an oil furnace and a wood stove. We use the wood stove as our primary heat source through the winter since it's cheaper.
