I exercise every other day. I walk/jog on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes, then I do squats, lunges and various leg lifts for my abs and obliques

It is hard to believe that when I was younger I was addicted to it. I would get really in a bad mood if I had to skip my workout.

NOW I HATE IT with a passion and don't.

I have forced myself to in spurts on and off but can never stick to it consistently over the long term bc I hate it so much.

I have an "Issue" with sweat, even a little bit of it grosses me and disgusts me soooo much I can't stand it.  I have a serious aversion to any sweat.  seriously.

To me its almost like having pee on your skin ewwwwwwy lol

I voted yes. The only day I don't is Sunday but every other day I get grumpy and feel so unmotivated and tired if I skip my workout!

I did before my surgery. I mixed it up, but most of my time was spent on my elliptical. My husband set me up with some exercises they do for PT. At first I thought he was trying to kill me, lol!
