I take a hot bath, I crochet, or I'll grab a nap

 i read. it really relaxes me. every night before bed i read a little bit. as for during the day when DS is driving me crazy i go to sit in the bathroom with the lights off and do a few breathing exercises i learned in therapy when i was a teenager

 i try very hard to eat well and get enough sleep.  try to find time to enjoy grown up time and do yoga and pilates and meditation classes 2x's a week.  when the weather is good i get my ipod on loud dance music and take a fast walk through the town parks.

Honestly, CafeMom. I'm a stewer by nature and if left alone will worry myself sick. The only distraction recently has been CM where I'm have to concentrate on something else.
